The 30-year-old former light heavyweight champion was arrested on July 15 on suspicion of reckless driving hit-and-run,and felony evading. A new fight date has not been scheduled. Quinton Jackson was processed at an Orange County jail and a bail of $25,000 was set.
The delay could put a crimp in the UFC’s plans to bring Jackson back to the Octagon as early as November, which, even in our lenient, second-chance society might be premature.
